Functional products & components
Parts with a job to do.
A cover that fits. A housing shaped around its contents. We develop custom 3D printed parts and functional components around what they need to do.

Made to fit
Housings, covers and interfaces around your equipment.
Made for a purpose
Brackets, spacers and bespoke forms with clear requirements.
Made for the everyday
Organisers, supports and handling aids built around a real workflow.
What to bring
A drawing or model, mating parts, critical dimensions, quantity and operating conditions. Flag the loads and tolerances that matter.
How we approach it
-
Define function and interfaces
Identify the surfaces that locate, fit or connect to other parts. Share the mating geometry, loads, movement and environment the component must work within.
-
Develop and evaluate a prototype
Review geometry, material and print orientation. Discuss a prototype or fit-check stage so the design can be assessed before a production decision.
-
Agree production and verification
Set the quantity, finish, critical dimensions and acceptance requirements. Any testing or specialist assessment is identified in the scope before manufacturing.
A few useful answers
Can you reproduce an existing part?
Share photographs, dimensions and any available model or drawing. We will review the design work needed and whether the part suits our process. Include any permissions required to reproduce the design.
What accuracy can you achieve?
There is no single tolerance for every printed part. Geometry, material, print planning and finishing affect the result. Identify the dimensions that matter so achievable requirements can be agreed.
Can printed parts carry loads?
The application needs specific review. Provide the load conditions and any required design verification or certification. Material choice alone does not establish a finished part’s suitability.
